**第一項**  法第二十四条の二第一項ただし書に規定する政令で定める場合は、次に掲げる場合とする。

The cases specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in the proviso to Article 24-2, paragraph (1) of the Act are the following cases:

  **一**  転出届をした者が、当該転出届がされてから最初の転入届（法第二十四条の二第一項に規定する最初の転入届をいう。以下同じ。）がされるまでの間において、いずれかの市町村の住民基本台帳に記録されたことがある場合

  **二**  転出届をした者が、当該転出届により届け出た転出の予定年月日から三十日を経過した日又は転入をした日から十四日を経過した日のいずれか早い日以後に、最初の転入届をする場合

  **三**  最初の転入届の際に、番号利用法第十七条第六項の規定による個人番号カード（番号利用法第二条第七項に規定する個人番号カードをいう。以下同じ。）の提出がされなかつた場合

**第二項**  法第二十四条の二第二項ただし書に規定する政令で定める場合は、次に掲げる場合とする。
