**第一項**  市町村長は、法第四章又は第四章の四の規定による届出に基づき住民票の記載等をすべき場合において、当該届出がないことを知つたときは、当該住民票の記載等をすべき事実を確認して、職権で、第七条から第十条までの規定による住民票の記載等をしなければならない。
