**第一項**  この法律は、附則第六項及び附則第十六項から附則第二十六項までの規定を除き、公布の日から施行し、附則第六条及び附則第十六項から附則第二十六項までの規定は、公布の日から起算して六箇月をこえない期間内において政令で定める日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation, except for the provisions of paragraph (6) and paragraphs (16) through (26) of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 6 and paragraphs (16) through (26) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
