> 第一項の規定によりされた申立て等に係る民事訴訟法第九十一条第一項又は第三項の規定による事件の記録の閲覧若しくは謄写又はその正本、謄本若しくは抄本の交付は、前項の書面をもってするものとする。当該申立て等に係る書類の送達又は送付も、同様とする。
