    **第二項**  参与員について除斥又は忌避の申立てがあったときは、参与員は、その申立てについての決定が確定するまでその申立てがあった事件に関与することができない。

    Once a petition to disqualify or challenge a court advisor is filed, the advisor may not participate in the case with respect to which the petition has been filed until the ruling on the petition becomes final and binding.
