### 第九十条（訂正請求権） — (Right to Request Correction)

    **第一項**  何人も、自己を本人とする保有個人情報（次に掲げるものに限る。第九十八条第一項において同じ。）の内容が事実でないと思料するときは、この法律の定めるところにより、当該保有個人情報を保有する行政機関の長等に対し、当該保有個人情報の訂正（追加又は削除を含む。以下この節において同じ。）を請求することができる。ただし、当該保有個人情報の訂正に関して他の法令の規定により特別の手続が定められているときは、この限りでない。

    Any person who thinks that the content of personal information an administrative entity holds by which that person is identifiable (the information is limited to the following; the same applies in Article 98, paragraph (1)) is untrue may make a request for correction (including addition or deletion; hereinafter the same applies in this Section) of the personal information to the administrative organ's head or administrative entity that holds it, pursuant to the provisions of this Act; provided, however, that this does not apply if a special procedure for correction of the personal information the administrative entity holds is prescribed by other laws and regulations:
