**第一項** 委員会の職員が、情報通信技術を活用した行政の推進等に関する法律（平成十四年法律第百五十一号）第三条第九号に規定する処分通知等であって第百六十一条の規定により書類を送達して行うこととしているものに関する事務を、同法第七条第一項の規定により同法第六条第一項に規定する電子情報処理組織を使用して行ったときは、第百六十二条において読み替えて準用する民事訴訟法第百条第一項の規定による送達に関する事項を記載した書面の作成及び提出に代えて、当該事項を当該電子情報処理組織を使用して委員会の使用に係る電子計算機（入出力装置を含む。）に備えられたファイルに記録しなければならない。

When an official of the Commission has, pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Advancement of Government Administration Processes That Utilize Information and Communications Technology (Act No. 151 of 2002), used the electronic data processing system prescribed in Article 6, paragraph (1) of that Act for administrating affairs related to a disposition notice, etc. prescribed in Article 3, item (ix) of that Act for which a document under Article 161 of this Act is to be served, the official must use that electronic data processing system to record the particulars of the service under Article 100, paragraph (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 162 following the deemed replacement of terms, in a file that is stored on a computer (including input or output device) used by the Commission, instead of preparing and submitting a document that states those particulars.
