    **第一項**  この節の規定は、地方公共団体が、保有個人情報の開示、訂正及び利用停止の手続並びに審査請求の手続に関する事項について、この節の規定に反しない限り、条例で必要な規定を定めることを妨げるものではない。

    The provisions in this Section do not preclude a local government from providing necessary provisions by local ordinance regarding matters concerning the procedure for disclosing, correcting, or ceasing to use personal information an administrative entity holds, or for a request for review, unless they violate the provisions in this Section.
