**第一項**  この法律の施行前にした旧資金決済法又はこれに基づく命令の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為であって、新資金決済法の規定に相当の規定があるものは、この附則に別段の定めがあるものを除き、新資金決済法の相当の規定によってしたものとみなす。

Dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out before this Act comes into effect under the provisions of the Former Payment Services Act or orders based thereon, for which there are corresponding provisions in the New Payment Services Act, are deemed, except as otherwise provided in these Supplementary Provisions, to have been carried out under the corresponding provisions of the New Payment Services Act.
