  **第一項**  電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者は、第六十三条の二十二の三第一項第五号に掲げる事項の変更（新たな種別の業務を行おうとすることによるものに限る。）をしようとするときは、内閣府令で定めるところにより、内閣総理大臣の変更登録を受けなければならない。

  When an electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service provider intends to change any of the particulars set forth in Article 63-22-3, paragraph (1), item (v) (limited to changes due to its intention to provide a new type of business), the electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service provider must have the change registered by the Prime Minister, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Office Order.

  The provisions of the preceding three Articles apply mutatis mutandis to the registration of change referred to in the preceding paragraph.   **第三項**  電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者は、第六十三条の二十二の三第一項第六号から第八号までに掲げる事項のいずれかを変更しようとするとき（電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業の利用者の保護に欠け、又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業の適正かつ確実な遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれが少ない場合として内閣府令で定める場合を除く。）は、あらかじめ、その旨を内閣総理大臣に届け出なければならない。

  When an electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service provider intends to change any of the particulars set forth in Article 63-22-3, paragraph (1), items (vi) through (viii) (excluding cases specified by Cabinet Office Order as being less likely to weaken the protection of users of electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services or hinder the proper and steady performance of electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary services), the electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service provider must notify the Prime Minister to that effect in advance.

  If any of the particulars set forth in the items of Article 63-22-3, paragraph (1) are changed (excluding the case in which registration of change has been made under the provisions of paragraph (1), the case in which a notification has been filed under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the case in which a notification has been filed under the provisions of Article 63-22-23, paragraph (1), cases falling under any of the items of paragraph (2) of that Article, and cases falling under any of items (ii) through (iv) of paragraph (3) of that Article), the electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service provider must notify the Prime Minister to that effect without delay.

  **第五項**  第二条第十八項各号に掲げる行為に係る業務のいずれも行う電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者が、次の各号に掲げる場合のいずれかに該当することとなったとき（次の各号に掲げる場合のいずれにも該当する場合を除く。）は、当該各号に定める内容の前項の規定による届出があったものとみなす。
