  **第一項**  内閣総理大臣は、第三十七条の登録の申請があったときは、次条第一項の規定によりその登録を拒否する場合を除くほか、次に掲げる事項を資金移動業者登録簿に登録しなければならない。

  The Prime Minister must, when an application for registration referred to in Article 37 is filed, register the following particulars in the register of funds transfer service providers, except when refusing the registration pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article:

  **第二項**  内閣総理大臣は、前項の規定による登録をしたときは、遅滞なく、その旨を登録申請者に通知しなければならない。
