### 第十八条（発行保証金の取戻し等） — (Recovery of Security Deposits for Issuance)

  **第一項**  発行保証金は、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、政令で定めるところにより、その全部又は一部を取り戻すことができる。

  All or part of the security deposits for issuance may be recovered, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, if the user falls under any of the following items:

    **一**  基準日未使用残高が基準額以下であるとき。

    if the unused balance on the base date is not more than the standard amount;

    **二**  発行保証金の額が要供託額を超えるとき。

    if the amount of the security deposits for issuance exceeds the amount required for deposit;

    **三**  第三十一条第一項の権利の実行の手続が終了したとき。
