**第一項**  国庫は、当分の間、毎年度、国民年金事業に要する費用に充てるため、国民年金法第八十五条第一項各号及び第二項に規定する額のほか、同法による年金たる給付及び旧国民年金法による年金たる給付に要する費用のうち、次の各号に掲げる額を負担する。
