**第一項**  第七条の規定による被保険者は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するに至つた日の翌日（第二号に該当するに至つた日に更に第七条第一項第二号若しくは第三号に該当するに至つたとき又は第三号から第五号までのいずれかに該当するに至つたとき（第四号については、厚生年金保険法に基づく老齢給付等を受けることができる者となつたときに限る。）は、その日）に、被保険者の資格を喪失する。
