**第一項**  第一条（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令（次項において「新国民年金法施行令」という。）第六条の二第二項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、令和八年十月以後の月分の国民年金法第三十六条の三第一項の規定による障害基礎年金の支給停止について適用し、同年九月以前の月分の当該障害基礎年金の支給停止については、なお従前の例による。

The provisions of Article 6-2, paragraph (2) (limited to the portion relating to item (i)) of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (limited to the portion relating to item (i)) (referred to as the "New Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act" in the following paragraph) apply to the suspension of payment of the disability basic pension under Article 36-3, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act for a month in or after October 2026, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the suspension of payment of that disability basic pension for a month in or before September of that year.
