**第一項**  第三条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令（次項において「新施行令」という。）第四条の四及び第四条の八の規定は、施行日以後の月分として支給される国民年金法（昭和三十四年法律第百四十一号）による年金たる給付について適用し、施行日前の月分として支給される同法による年金たる給付については、なお従前の例による。

The provisions of Articles 4-4 and 4-8 of the Order for Enforcement of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 (referred to as the "New Enforcement Order" in the following paragraph) apply to benefits in the form of a pension under the National Pension Act (Act No. 141 of 1959) paid for months on or after the Effective Date, and with regard to benefits in the form of a pension under that Act paid for months before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
