**第一項** この政令は、公布の日から施行し、第一条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第五条の二、第二条の規定による改正後の国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う経過措置に関する政令第五十二条及び次項の規定は、平成二年四月一日から適用する。
