**第一項**  昭和六十一年三月三十一日以前の期間について、法附則第九条の四の七の規定を適用する場合においては、法附則第九条の四の八の規定によるほか、法附則第九条の四の七第七項中「老齢基礎年金」とあるのは「老齢基礎年金若しくは附則第九条の三第一項の規定による老齢年金又は昭和六十年改正法第一条の規定による改正前のこの法律による老齢年金（老齢福祉年金を除く。）若しくは通算老齢年金若しくは同条の規定による改正前の附則第九条の三第一項の規定による老齢年金」と、「全額免除対象期間（第九十条の三第一項の規定により納付することを要しないものとされた保険料に係るものを除く。）」とあるのは「全額免除対象期間」とする。

In the case of applying the provisions of Article 9-4-7 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act to a period on or before March 31, 1986, in addition to the provisions of Article 9-4-8 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act, the phrase "old-age basic pension" in Article 9-4-7, paragraph (7) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "old-age basic pension, the old-age pension under Article 9-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the old-age pension (excluding the old-age welfare pension) or aggregated old-age pension under this Act prior to amendment by Article 1 of the 1985 Amendment Act, or the old-age pension under Article 9-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions prior to amendment by that Article", and the phrase "a period eligible for full exemption (excluding one relating to premiums treated as not required to be paid under the provisions of Article 90-3, paragraph (1))" is deemed to be replaced with "a period eligible for full exemption".
