**第一項**  特定受給者であつて、特定保険料納付期限日（法附則第九条の四の三第一項に規定する特定保険料納付期限日をいう。）の翌日以後に次の各号に掲げる者に該当するものは、第十四条の十一に規定する法令の規定の適用については、その該当する間、当該各号に定める者とみなす。この場合において、第一号に掲げる特定受給者に支給する老齢基礎年金又は厚生年金保険法に基づく老齢給付等の額については、当該特定受給者の有する保険料納付済期間及び保険料免除期間は、計算の基礎としない。

A specified recipient who, on or after the day following the specified premium payment deadline (meaning the specified premium payment deadline prescribed in Article 9-4-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act), falls under any of the persons listed in the following items is, for the purpose of applying the provisions of the laws and regulations prescribed in Article 14-11, deemed to be the person provided for in each item during the period in which the specified recipient so falls under it.
