**第一項**  法第三条第三項の規定により、次に掲げる事務は、市町村長（特別区の区長を含む。以下同じ。）が行うこととする。この場合においては、法の規定中当該事務に係る厚生労働大臣に関する規定は、市町村長に関する規定として市町村長に適用があるものとする。
