**第一項** 前条の規定による改正後の医療保険制度の安定的運営を図るための国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第四条第二項の規定は、平成二十四年三月一日以後に行われた療養の給付並びに同年四月一日以後に支給された入院時食事療養費、入院時生活療養費、保険外併用療養費、療養費、訪問看護療養費、特別療養費、移送費、高額療養費及び高額介護合算療養費の支給に要する費用並びに平成二十四年度の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の規定による前期高齢者納付金、後期高齢者支援金及び病床転換支援金並びに同年度の介護保険法の規定による納付金の納付に要する費用についての国庫負担金について適用し、同年三月一日前に行われた療養の給付並びに同年四月一日前に支給された入院時食事療養費、入院時生活療養費、保険外併用療養費、療養費、訪問看護療養費、特別療養費、移送費、高額療養費及び高額介護合算療養費の支給に要する費用並びに平成二十三年度以前の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の規定による前期高齢者納付金、後期高齢者支援金及び病床転換支援金並びに同年度以前の介護保険法の規定による納付金の納付に要する費用についての国庫負担金については、なお従前の例による。
