**第一項**  第一条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「改正後国保法」という。）第七十二条第二項及び第七十二条の二第二項の規定は、平成二十五年度以後の年度の調整交付金及び都道府県調整交付金について適用し、平成二十四年度以前の年度の調整交付金及び都道府県調整交付金については、なお従前の例による。
