**第一項** 昭和六十三年度及び昭和六十四年度につき新法第六十八条の二第一項の規定により指定を受けた市町村について新法第七十条第三項の規定を適用する場合においては、同項第二号ロ中「合算額に、」とあるのは「合算額に百分の十を乗じて得た額と、当該合算額の百分の九十に相当する額に」と、「の十分の七」とあるのは「との合計額の十分の七」とする。
