**第一項**  国は、政令の定めるところにより、組合に対し、療養の給付等に要する費用並びに前期高齢者納付金及び後期高齢者支援金、介護納付金、流行初期医療確保拠出金並びに子ども・子育て支援納付金の納付に要する費用について、次の各号に掲げる額の合算額を補助することができる。
