**第一項**  国民医療法施行令の一部を改正する勅令（昭和二十一年勅令第四百二号）附則第二項の規定に該当する者は、第二条の規定にかかわらず、医師免許を受けることができる。

A person who falls under the provisions of paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Imperial Ordinance to Partially Revise the Order for Enforcement of the Medical Care Act (Imperial Ordinance No. 402 of 1946) may receive a medical license, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 2.
