**第一項**  旧法又は旧医師法によつてした医師免許の取消処分又は医業停止の処分は、それぞれこれをこの法律の相当規定によつてしたものとみなす。この場合において、停止の期間は、なお従前の例による。

Dispositions regarding the revocation of a medical license or suspension of a medical practice made under the former Act or the former Medical Practitioners' Act are deemed to have been made pursuant to the corresponding provisions of this Act. In this case, with regard to the period of suspension, prior laws continue to govern.
