**第一項**  医師国家試験予備試験は、外国の医学校を卒業し、又は外国で医師免許を得た者のうち、前条第一項第三号に該当しない者であつて、厚生労働大臣が適当と認定したものでなければ、これを受けることができない。

A person who has graduated from a medical school in a foreign state or who has acquired a medical practitioner's license in a foreign state may take the national preliminary examination for medical practitioners if the person does not fall under paragraph (1), item (iii) of the preceding Article and has been approved as eligible by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
