  **第一項**  前条第一項の規定により医療法人情報の提供を受けた者は、当該医療法人情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の当該医療法人情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切なものとして厚生労働省令で定める措置を講じなければならない。
