    **第一項**  理事及び監事は、社員総会において、社員から特定の事項について説明を求められた場合には、当該事項について必要な説明をしなければならない。ただし、当該事項が社員総会の目的である事項に関しないものである場合その他正当な理由がある場合として厚生労働省令で定める場合は、この限りでない。

    In the event that the directors and auditors are requested by members to explain specific particulars at a general meeting of members, they must provide necessary explanations regarding such particulars. However, this does not apply to cases where such particulars do not relate to the particulars that are the purpose of the general meeting of members or other cases specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as cases where there are justifiable grounds.
