  **第一項**  都道府県知事は、第三十条の十五第六項の規定による命令、第三十条の十六第一項の規定による指示又は前条の規定による勧告をした場合において、当該命令、指示又は勧告を受けた医療機関機能等報告対象病院等の開設者又は管理者がこれに従わなかつたときは、その旨を公表することができる。
