**第一項** 患者を入院させるための施設を有する診療所の管理者は、入院患者の病状が急変した場合においても適切な治療を提供することができるよう、当該診療所の医師が速やかに診療を行う体制を確保するよう努めるとともに、他の病院又は診療所との緊密な連携を確保しておかなければならない。
