**第一項**  物件の提出、交付及び保管に要した費用（誤って他人の物を占有した者が要した費用を除く。）は、当該物件の返還を受ける遺失者又は民法第二百四十条（第三条において準用する場合を含む。以下同じ。）若しくは第二百四十一条の規定若しくは第三十二条第一項の規定により当該物件の所有権を取得してこれを引き取る者の負担とする。

**第一項**  物件（誤って占有した他人の物を除く。）の返還を受ける遺失者は、当該物件の価格（第九条第一項若しくは第二項又は第二十条第一項若しくは第二項の規定により売却された物件にあっては、当該売却による代金の額）の百分の五以上百分の二十以下に相当する額の報労金を拾得者に支払わなければならない。
