  **第一項**  警視総監又は道府県警察本部長（以下「警察本部長」という。）は、当該都道府県警察の警察署長が公告をした物件が貴重な物件として国家公安委員会規則で定めるものであるときは、次に掲げる事項を他の警察本部長に通報するものとする。
