**第一項**  施行日から起算して一年を超えない期間内において新介護保険法第百十五条の二の二第一項各号に規定する都道府県の条例が制定施行されるまでの間は、同条第二項に規定する厚生労働省令で定める基準をもって、当該都道府県の条例で定められた基準とみなす。

Until the Prefectural Ordinance prescribed in each item of Article 115-2-2, paragraph (1) of the New Long-Term Care Insurance Act is enacted and put into effect within a period not exceeding one year counting from the Effective Date, the standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article are deemed to be the standards provided for by the Prefectural Ordinance of the prefecture concerned.
