**第一項**  法人の代表者又は法人若しくは人の代理人、使用人その他の従業者が、その法人又は人の業務に関して前条の違反行為をしたときは、行為者を罰するほか、その法人又は人に対しても、同条の罰金刑を科する。

When a representative person of a juridical person, or an agent, employee, or other worker of a juridical person or an individual commits a violation set forth in the preceding Article with regard to the business of said juridical person or individual, not only the offender is punished, but also said juridical person or individual is punished by the fine as prescribed in that Article.
