    **第一項**  厚生労働大臣は、登録試験問題作成機関が第六十九条の十三各号のいずれかに適合しなくなったと認めるときは、その登録試験問題作成機関に対し、これらの規定に適合するため必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。
