**第一項**  審査請求は、当該処分をした市町村をその区域に含む都道府県の保険審査会に対してしなければならない。

An application for examination must be conducted by a Certification Committee for Insurance of the prefecture that includes the area of the Municipality that executed the action for said matter.

**第二項**  審査請求が管轄違いであるときは、保険審査会は、速やかに、事件を所轄の保険審査会に移送し、かつ、その旨を審査請求人に通知しなければならない。

In a case that a Certification Committee for Insurance lacks jurisdiction in the matters of an application for examination, the Committee must immediately transfer said case to the competent Certification Committee for Insurance and provide notification of said fact to said applicant of said examination.

**第三項**  事件が移送されたときは、はじめから、移送を受けた保険審査会に審査請求があったものとみなす。
