    **第一項**  都道府県知事は、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合においては、当該介護医療院に係る第百七条第一項の許可（以下この条において「許可」という。）を取り消し、又は期間を定めてその許可の全部若しくは一部の効力を停止することができる。
