**第一項** この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法第七条第一項第二号の基準を定める省令の表の法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄第二号に掲げる活動の項の下欄第六号の規定の適用については、前条第二項に規定する特定活動の在留資格で在留していた者も同様とする。
