**第一項** この省令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十八年法律第八十八号。以下「改正法」という。）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 88 of 2016; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") come into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
