**第一項**  この法律施行前、労働者が業務上負傷し、疾病にかかり、又は死亡した場合における災害補償については、なお旧法の扶助に関する規定による。

Accident compensation for a worker's injury, illness, or death at work, occurring before the enforcement of this Act, continues to be governed by the provisions of the former Act concerning support.
