**第一項**  法第百四十一条第二項の厚生労働省令で定める時間は、労働時間を延長して労働させ、及び休日において労働させることができる時間について、一箇月について百時間未満及び一年について九百六十時間とする。ただし、法第三十六条第一項の協定に前条第二項第二号から第四号までに規定する事項を定めた場合にあつては、一年について九百六十時間とする。

The hours specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 141, paragraph (2) of the Act are, with respect to the hours by which the working hours may be extended and the hours of work that may be performed on days off, less than 100 hours per month and 960 hours per year; provided, however, that if the matters prescribed in paragraph (2), items (ii) through (iv) of the preceding Article are provided for in the agreement referred to in Article 36, paragraph (1) of the Act, they are 960 hours per year.
