**第一項**  休業補償の額の改訂について、第三十八条の四、第三十八条の五、第三十八条の七及び第三十八条の八の規定により難い場合は、厚生労働大臣の定めるところによるものとする。

When it is difficult to adjust the amount of compensation for absence from work under the provisions of Articles 38-4, 38-5, 38-7 and 38-8, it shall be adjusted by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
