**第一項**  法第七十一条の規定による許可は、様式第十四号の四の職業訓練に関する特例許可申請書により、当該事業場の所在地を管轄する都道府県労働局長から受けなければならない。

The permission under the provisions of Article 71 of the Act must be obtained from the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau having jurisdiction over the location of the workplace, by means of a written application for special permission concerning vocational training according to Form No. 14-4.
