### 第二十四条

**第一項**  使用者が一団として入坑及び出坑する労働者に関し、その入坑開始から入坑終了までの時間について様式第十一号によつて所轄労働基準監督署長の許可を受けた場合には、法第三十八条第二項の規定の適用については、入坑終了から出坑終了までの時間を、その団に属する労働者の労働時間とみなす。

When an employer has obtained the permission from the Director of the Labor Standards Office Concerned according to Form No. 11 with respect to the time between the commencement and completion of the entry into a pit for workers who enter and exit a pit as a group, the time period between the completion of entry into and the completion of exit from a pit shall be deemed as working hours of workers belonging to the group for the purpose of the application of the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 38 of the Act.
