### 第二十一条

**第一項**  法第三十七条第五項の規定によつて、家族手当及び通勤手当のほか、次に掲げる賃金は、同条第一項及び第四項の割増賃金の基礎となる賃金には算入しない。

Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (5) of Article 37 of the Act, family allowances, commutation allowances, and the elements of wages listed in the following items shall not be included in the wage calculation basis for premium wages set forth in paragraphs (1) and (4) of the same Article:
