**第一項** 事業主が同一人である二以上の事業（有期事業以外の事業に限る。）であつて、厚生労働省令で定める要件に該当するものに関し、当該事業主が当該二以上の事業について成立している保険関係の全部又は一部を一の保険関係とすることにつき申請をし、厚生労働大臣の認可があつたときは、この法律の規定の適用については、当該認可に係る二以上の事業に使用されるすべての労働者は、これらの事業のうち厚生労働大臣が指定するいずれか一の事業に使用される労働者とみなす。この場合においては、厚生労働大臣が指定する一の事業以外の事業に係る保険関係は、消滅する。

With regard to two or more businesses operated by the same employer (limited to businesses other than the businesses with a definite term) and meeting the requirements specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, if the employer applies for the grouping of the insurance relations already established in respect of the two or more businesses in a single insurance relation, in whole or in part, and obtains the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, the provisions of this Act apply by deeming that all workers employed for the two or more businesses so approved are employed for the one business among those businesses that is designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. In this case, the insurance relations of the businesses other than the single business designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare become extinct.
