### 第七条（有期事業の一括） — (Grouping of Businesses with Definite Term)

**第一項**  二以上の事業が次の要件に該当する場合には、この法律の規定の適用については、その全部を一の事業とみなす。

If two or more businesses meet the following requirements, the provisions of this Act apply by deeming that all those businesses constitute one single business:

  **一**  事業主が同一人であること。

  **二**  それぞれの事業が、事業の期間が予定される事業（以下「有期事業」という。）であること。

  **三**  それぞれの事業の規模が、厚生労働省令で定める規模以下であること。

  **五**  前各号に掲げるもののほか、厚生労働省令で定める要件に該当すること。
