### 第四十五条（印紙保険料納付計器の指定） — Designation of Stamp Insurance Premium Payment Registers

**第一項**  法第二十三条第三項の指定を受けようとする者は、次に掲げる事項を記載した申請書を厚生労働大臣に提出しなければならない。
