### 第十条（継続事業の一括） — Grouping of Continued Businesses

**第一項**  法第九条の厚生労働省令で定める要件は、次のとおりとする。

**第二項**  法第九条の認可を受けようとする事業主は、次に掲げる事項を記載した申請書を、同条の規定による指定を受けることを希望する事業に係る所轄都道府県労働局長に提出しなければならない。

An employer seeking to obtain the approval under Article 9 of the Act must submit a written application stating the following matters to the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau Concerned for the business that the employer wishes to have designated pursuant to the provisions of that Article:

**第三項**  法第九条の規定による指定は、前項の申請を受けた都道府県労働局長が当該申請について同条の認可をする際に行うものとする。

The designation under the provisions of Article 9 of the Act is to be made by the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau who received the application referred to in the preceding paragraph at the time of granting the approval under that Article for the application.

**第四項**  法第九条の認可を受けた事業主は、当該認可に係る事業のうち、同条の規定による指定を受けた事業以外の事業の名称又は当該事業の行われる場所に変更があつたときは、遅滞なく、次に掲げる事項を記載した届書を、同条の規定による指定を受けた事業に係る所轄都道府県労働局長に提出しなければならない。

An employer who has obtained the approval under Article 9 of the Act must, if there has been a change in the name of a business, among the businesses pertaining to the approval, other than the business designated pursuant to the provisions of that Article, or in the place where the business is operated, without delay submit a written notice stating the following matters to the Director of the Prefectural Labor Bureau Concerned for the business designated pursuant to the provisions of that Article:
